How It Works
We use Word or Excel together with your program or template to create your invoices for you. All you have to do is email or text us your timesheets or invoices whether it is
- AD-HOC INVOICING: As and when you complete a job simply email us the details, We create the invoice for you on your template or access your invoicing package via an online portal and then send it back to you; we can even print and post them if you wish.
- REGULAR INVOICING: If you provide a service which clients pay monthly/quarterly or annually we are more than happy to create these invoices in a similar way to the above.
- CREDIT CONTROL: Every month you can send us a list of outstanding invoices, and how long you have been chasing payment. We can then contact each debtor individually with a polite email followed by a phone call.
