Dayspring Care Agency (DCA) is the trading name of All Purpose Staffing Services (APSS) Ltd. located in Wolverhampton. DCA is a recruitment agency for the health and social care institutions since 2014.

At Dayspring, we come to work because we want to be the biggest staff solution in the Health and Social Care industry. We are specialist in meeting the staff (HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS, SUPPORT WORKERS, and NURSES) needs of healthcare providers even at a very short notice.
We also understand Care Managers are faced with other auxiliary work which tends to undermine their core operations thus adversely affecting their managerial efficiency. All we want to say is that let's take the hurdle from taking advantage of our ADMINISTRATION SERVICES, where we take control of processing your timesheet, invoices and follow up on payment from your clients where necessary. Apart from this, we have services for training both new and old staffs by our capable healthcare staff trainers.

We want to change this perception and attitude. We believe caring for the vulnerable bust be an enjoyable experience, therefore our mission is to inspire staffs to make caring for the vulnerable as a great career. This we hope will create quality care experience.
Secondly, we believe care must enrich client's experience. Vulnerable people, especially the elderly and disabled people, must not be seen as a burden to the family or community. We want to resource for well-motivated staffs and train them not only attend to the personal care of the clients but also providing services that enrich their experience each day at a time.
Thirdly, we believe patient must have a sense of being cared for by their family. As we aim to enrich the vulnerable people experience, the best approach is to ensure they are being loved and treated like a family. Therefore, during their care the client must feel like being treated by family members, by respecting them, offering choices, caring with dignity and making them felt involved in their choices.
At Dayspring, our client drives our business, we listen to them, we understand.them, and we follow their specific instructions to tailor our services to suit the client's expected standard, policies, and procedures. We have a dedicated team to ensure a high standard of care and services. All our management team hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have years of experience working in health and social care settings prior to their current positions. Our team understands the challenges and demands of responsibilities faced by healthcare providers. We are committed to making it easy to secure specific specialist staff needs to cover a pre-booked or emergency shift.
